First this week is the end of 39 and kind of beginning of 40. This past week was my 9 month mark, which also means my half way mark! Time is flying by.
Tuesday the 31st was Sister Andrus last official day even though she got released earlier. I cleaned a few kids rooms with Sister Pierson. She's a newer sister.
Friday I was kind of on my own at the food pantry. I got to know Elder Bendall a little. When sorting food, we have to cut the net bags to make them bags for some of the food. I'm not good at that, but they were already cut when I got there so that was a tender mercy.
Saturday January 4th the temple laundry was very busy. I folded lots of baptistery clothes except the suits along with towels. It was crazy but the people there made it fun.
Sunday evening was a music devotional performed by the proselytizing missionaries. It was very good. I'm very thankful my sister came with me.
Scripture thought: 1st Ne. 10:6 Wherefore, all mankind were in a lost and in a fallen state, and ever would be save they should rely on this Redeemer. 7 And he spake also concerning a prophet who should come before the Messiah, to prepare the way of the Lord.
He knows we aren't perfect, which is why there is a plan. When I have read the stories from the Book of Mormon, I know if He can help them He can help me. I'm thankful for the faith and courage they had. It helps me know I can endure my trials and not worry. I know He hears and answers prayers in His time and way. I know Heavenly Father has a plan for each of us, and will line us up as we go. He loves you!
