Hi again!
Tuesday at institute we talked about how Faith, Hope and Charity is a gift. Faith- Are you motivated to do things, to be obedient even if you don't want to or know why? Hope- Do you feel joy and happiness and have a positive outlook of life even when it's hard because you know good things will come? Charity- Do you have the desire and ability to love others like the Savior? & which is one you think you can be better at lately? Later me and 3 other sisters cleaned out closets. Then we helped sort a project.
Wednesday one patron asked me for help at the history center. I was able to refresh learning a little about the scanner. I was excited someone reached out and asked me for help. And "Greater Holiness will not come simply by asking for it. It will come by doing what is needed for God to change us." -Pres. Henry B. Eyring
Thursday at institute, when we get invited RSVP, do we respond? Especially when Christ invites. No matter how big or small the prompting or who we are getting asked from (prophet etc)? Do we respond? In the evening my grandma Gill and I went and did sealings for my second time. I was a witness for my first time. That was exciting.
Scripture thought: Mormon 7:9 For behold, this is written for the intent that ye may believe that; and if ye believe that ye will believe this also; and if ye believe this ye will know concerning your fathers, and also the marvelous works which were wrought by the power of God among them.
I'm thankful for the Book of Mormon, as I have read it daily I have noticed I have found more room to be grateful, noticed my trials have been a little lighter and felt the Spirit more. If you're not, I challenge you to read it daily.
You're all amazing!
