Hello again!
Thursday the temple was good, more and more people seem to be noticing my name tag which makes me happy that I can tell them what a 'service mission' is. I love the temple!
Friday I shadowed different people and helped a little. Nearly every person I shadowed I learned something new.
Saturday the temple laundry had been super busy and behind. When I came in along with a few others we got completely caught up before I left. I'm thankful for the sisters I serve with! For their kindness and examples.
Sunday we had another service mission meeting and the part that stuck out is: what the Savior did wasn't easy. What the prophets did wasn't easy (which I've never thought about). So why would it be easy for me? I also met with the sisters for a little bit. It was cut short do to schedules but I'm very thankful that we were still able to meet.
Scripture thought: Matthew 13:8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. 10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
Sometimes it takes faith and patience to understand Him. But we will eventually if we seek to. Thanks for taking the time to read!
