Week 27 Revelation is Real

Hello again! This week is little longer.

Wednesday Sister Skerritt helped me a little with family search. I found a sister and I'm trying to find more about her and her family.

Thursday the temple went well. I know Heavenly Father knows each of our circumstances and loves us with a perfect love (charity)! From institute:

3Ne.14:

7 Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

8 For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.

Friday I talked with a sister about how much reading scriptures and doing the little things can help so much. I took my sister to do baptisms. It was a nice quick trip. I know Heavenly Father is helping me with my efforts. Met with the sisters in the evening and loved these scriptures: Moroni 8:16 & John15:16-17. Then did initiatory with a friend. Thankful she was willing to go.

Saturday and Sunday was general conference.

A few things that stood out to me:
  1. -Strive to see Christ in the center of lives, (in faith and service).
  2. -We need less WiFi and more Nephi.
  3. -We all have different rules to follow and have different paths. He has a different plan for each of us.
  4. -3 D's of satan: Deception, Distraction, Discouragement is how he attacks us most.
  5. -Are we willing to give up all we have to have the gospel in our lives? Are we half or full in?

Christ gave His all for us, He gave His life for us. I got a confirmation each talk was inspired from the Lord, I challenge you to know for yourself also.

Monday morning was a little rough. But I said a prayer for help and within a few minutes remembering the reason I am going is for those who don't have as much food, I felt motivation and strength to go. Prayer is Real! He knows what you need! & He is helping you!

Scripture thought: Alma 8:15 Blessed art thou, Alma; therefore, lift up thy head and rejoice, for thou hast great cause to rejoice; for thou hast been faithful in keeping the commandments of God from the time which thou receivedst thy first message from him. Behold, I am he that delivered it unto you. I have been trying to find the little reasons to be happy. If you look, you will find. I challenge you to do that.
