Week 17 When in Doubt look for the Good

Hey all!

This week is kind of half day assignments.

Wednesday my Grandpa Gill showed me a few records and stories. It was nice to be able to put a few small stories with names and birthdays on family search.

Thursday I went to the Brigham temple and did a session for my first time. It's cool to see the similarities and differences between temples.

Friday we went to the temple with my little brother for his first time (baptisms). It was fun to go with a beginner.
Sunday the speakers were youth who went on trek. One of the youth said even though there was a lot of things that happened negatively, they tried to find the good in everything. Even though life is hard, there is good if you look for it.
Monday the food pantry went well.

Just want to add I'm thankful for my friends and family. As I've been around missionaries and uplifting people I've felt the Spirit stronger in the areas I struggle. He really does love us and is cheering us on every day.

Quick scripture 2nd Ne. 21:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots. 2 And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears.

Hope your all doing well!
