Hi again!
Thursday in the temple this thought/reminder came to me. The temple isn't about going in knowing and being educated perfectly on everything church related, but a testimony is needed. It's about going in and learning. It's a personal thing. I also love the temple because of the calmness it brings.
Friday I wasn't able to help people but I still talked with them a little.
Saturday volunteering went well. Met with the sisters in the evening.
Sunday we had our mission meeting, it was good to get to know everyone a little better.
Monday we found little spiderwebs in the grape vines so Sister Andrus agreed to go through those and I did the apples. Sister Andrus was trying to find the spiders in them and found a few but was nice about it luckily. So that was okay.
Quote for the week:
"Do not be disappointed if you have read and reread and yet have not received a powerful witness. You may be somewhat like the disciples spoken of in the Book of Mormon who were filled with the power of God in great glory “and they knew it not” (3 Ne. 9:20).
Do the best you can. Think of this verse: “See that all these things are done in wisdom and order; for it is not requisite that a man should run faster than he has strength. And again, it is expedient that he should be diligent, that thereby he might win the prize; therefore, all things must be done in order” "
-Boy'd K Packer
Hope you all have a good week!
